Used to be able to save your numbers and replay them...just like with a physical card. But now, the app won’t save your last numbers played, forcing you to physically enter them with each and every game you play. Makes no sense and definitely not user friendly. Who makes these decisions?? Where is the user testing prior updating an app?? Sheesh, poor app development and poor management....typical Illinois...

App not even available on Android. Put money in my wallet but still cannot use Wifi and play from mobile device without getting location error, which cannot be corrected on device. Have to go to the computer to play. Why have they made it nearly impossible to play online? Seems like they are shooting themselves in the foot if they are hoping to increase lottery revenue!

You can only buy tix when your connected to WiFi, otherwise the app or website can’t verify your location. It’s been like this for a long time now. A fix would be nice.

Not well done. Works most of the time but not reliable.

I believe an attempt was made to steal my account credit card number because I could not purchase tickets Wednesday it kept showing a notice that my purchase was unavailable. The next morning I received an email from my credit card that informed me my purchases were being limited because of suspicious fraud.

I opened the app, I shouldn’t have been surprised, 40% increase in single ticket price, sorry the on thing you did was to cause me to buy less not spend more. It’s far past time for the elected officials in this state to curb spending not strap more expenses on the back of the citizens of Illinois.

Ever since the lottery was sold, and the fireball was added, we don’t win very often here at Illinois. You need to get rid of the fireball. I am myself have played the lottery since 1993 and had finally come to the conclusion that it is not worth it. I no longer play the pick three and the pick four games. I have lost way too much money over the years and it is not worth it! my husband and I play all of the games between us and have never won big. What is that!

Cant purchase tickets, can’t check results

currently Im near Springfield IL and app does NOT allow me to make a purchase. Stupid devs have everything: my login and pass, geo location, literraly everything. Yet app says"you are connected outside of Illinois". Pathetic.

Doesn't work

When I first downloaded the app it was fun and had won some decent money but since then it’s been horrible! It’s like my odds have dropped. 50-60 bucks and not a single win on games with 1:3 1:4 1:5 odds without anything! I won’t be playing anymore and will prolly be out on playing tickets as well. I’ll take my gambling else where. Sad to have to do it as I enjoyed playing the app. Tonight I prolly spent 100 bucks and maybe won back 20. I get it’s gambling but 50 bucks in one game $5-$10 each game all the same game and not a single winning spin. Go back to gambling in Wisconsin!

Portrait only on iPad and no longer compatible with Passwords app. Now very difficult to use with highly secure passwords.

Your new bot checking application is not functioning correctly. Even after verifying, it goes back to log in page and restarted. Buying low bid solutions is not always the best approach.

Played a new game, was supposed to show the price for me to be able to win, well it showed the prince but still it told I didn't win

What is wrong with the Illinois lottery app? It will not allow me to login and it constantly asked me to change my password. Is there something wrong with it? Because if it is, I really appreciate it if you would fix it!

App work as intended , no issues , just waiting for my winnings !

The thing I don’t like the most is the subscription section which is duplicated by the replay section if you sign up for it back to back not fair to anyone.

First time playing & was a $5 winner

So annoying trying to log on now!!! Why did you do that???

It’s ridiculous that I have to login with a password. And now I have to login to prove that. I’m not a robot, but a human and then it makes me do it twice. Total of three types of logins. Just to get on once is ridiculous. This did not make the game more fun, but an irritation to play anymore online.

ATT is our cell provider, evidently when I try playing via this app, it doesn’t show my location as being in Illinois, so I can’t play; I am in the state of Illinois near Chicago!

This app makes it so much easier to check tickets and buy them when I can’t get to the store. It stores your card info securely and makes it a quick process.

Laggy interface and poor UX. Genuinely disappointed independent of the results being more than questionable.

Love the online Lottery. Just waiting to become the next ‘Millionaire’

After updating the app, you can no longer scan tickets in the app. Yes I have enabled all permissions with the camera. Deleted and reinstalled the app, and the scanner function still doesn’t work. Fix your app! It also has issues where items will run off the screen because it’s not optimized for iPhone 16 pro max.

Love the scanner option on the app. It makes it much easier if you think you might have missed a winner.

I’m obviously in the state of Illinois on a cell tower and the app indicates I am not. Do not care if this is the app or ATT, it’s ignorant.

App cant determine location and keeps saying im not in Illinois when I most certainly am.

Supposedly I earned a $ 2.00 ticket so I clicked for the “ FREE TICKET “ and they subtracted $2.00 from account, that’s bogus!!!

Keep getting an error message trying to redeem free play promotions. Online and phone help non existent.
